Why the Academy exists
The origin and reason for the Academy: people making significant property decisions in Aruba without access to clear, independent explanation. The Academy exists to close that gap through education, not transactions.

How the Academy runs
How material is developed, reviewed, dated, and revised, and how the Academy keeps its educational work separate from any legal or brokerage practice.

Independence
The Academy's educational judgment is its own. It is not a law firm, a brokerage, or a lead-generation business, and it does not accept direction over what it teaches.
Public trust
Where accuracy and convenience conflict, accuracy wins. Figures are dated and sourced; where a fact is uncertain, the Academy says so.
The learner first
Every page has one purpose and one clear next step. Nothing is designed to pressure a decision.
