You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, misuse it, or infringe others' rights.

All content, designs, worksheets, checklists, tools, and downloads are owned by Aruba Property Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. "Aruba Home Buyer's Blueprint™" and related marks are our trademarks.
4. Your license to purchased products
When you buy a digital product (such as the Aruba Home Buyer's Blueprint™ Toolkit), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share it, or remove any notices.
5. Purchases, delivery, and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider. Digital products are delivered electronically, and your download link remains valid for 30 days. Refund policy: because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.
6. No warranties
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that figures are current. You use them at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aruba Property Academy and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on our content.
